Luis Fernando Korte Cardoso Moreira

Luis specializes in real estate law, agribusiness, and estate planning and inheritance. He regularly advises clients on real estate and agribusiness transactions, such as acquisitions and sales, leasing, and land regularization, as well as matters related to estate planning and inheritance, such as wills.

He has a Bachelor of Laws degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and gained extensive experience over the course of six years at Pinheiro Neto Advogados prior to joining Bernardini Advogados.

She received her Bachelor of Laws degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo de São Paulo, and worked at Leite, Tosto & Barros Advogados and Mundie Advogados, before joining Bernardini Advogados.

Rodrigo Guimarães

Rodrigo’s practice is focused on civil litigation, arbitration, consumer law, estate planning and inheritance, intellectual property, tax and family law.

He received his Bachelor of Laws degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, worked at Veirano Advogados and at the startup industry before joining Bernardini Advogados.
